- Extra Large candles: 200Hrs - Large candles: 120Hrs - Medium Candles: 55Hrs (Make sure you read candle care instructions to ensure a perfect burn each time) All of our candles are made with 100% coco soy wax, and 100% braided cotton wicks with no lead! Our soy candles are made from coconut and soybeans that are completely biodegradable. They are renewable, sustainable, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable, as well as water-soluble.

Soy wax is made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources; whereas classic paraffin wax is made from petroleum and is non-renewable. Not only are there “green” advantages to choosing soy wax over a different type of candle wax, but soy wax also burns slower than paraffin wax, meaning you get a candle that lasts longer. While all candles emit some black soot while burning, candles made from soy wax burns cleaner and results in less soot. Another reason to choose soy wax when it comes to candles is the fact that soy wax is an excellent fragrance carrier that does not require chemical amplifiers. The result is a well-balanced true to scent candle.

Yes! You can either purchase a gift card which can be sent via email or post (please leave a note at checkout), or you can purchase a candle or associated product and enter your friends' name and address at checkout for their gift to be posted directly to them. If you'd like to include a personal message, feel free to write it in notes at checkout.

We often hand pour our candles per order, so please allow 3 - 5 days for order processing, sometimes a little longer during busy periods. Please note - if you have purchased via direct deposit, your payment must clear before we begin hand pouring your candle. Please allow a further 3-5 days from date of transfer on top of our standard delivery time for your candle to arrive.

Please note: We only ship in AUSTRALIA Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT). Unfortunately, our extra large and large candles cannot be delivered to a PO BOX or post office. Cost depends on your location. Average cost $20 Please provide clear instruction to ensure your candle box is left out of direct sunlight and in a safe place. Standard Shipping: Via sendal or Australia Post Medium candles range between $15- $35 depending on quantity and your location. Large and Extra Large candles $20 each due to their weight and size. Some rural areas will cost more which we are happy to cover the extra cost. Local Pickup: FREE. All pickup orders from Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast (please allow 3 - 5 days for order processing). Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, please ema We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Crystallisation or frosting is a natural sign that you're using 100% natural soy wax product. It forms when subject to change in temperature and oil fluctuations. Yellowish discoloration - Some fragrances that have a higher content of citrus, floral and vanillin extract can cause the wax to develop a yellow tint within 24hrs or over time. using all natural products as we do not use UV inhibitor in our products to eliminate discoloration.
