    Local Pickup: FREE. All pickup orders from Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast (please allow 3 - 5 days for order processing). 

    We often hand pour our candles per order, so please allow 3 - 5 days for order processing, sometimes longer during busy periods.

    A tracking number will be sent to your email once order has been fulfilled.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at admin@cottonwoodcandles.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to send your item back to us. Once we receive it and can confirm the item has not been used we will refund the amount you paid for the item 
    (not including shipping) and also refund you for the shipping you paid to return the item once a receipt is supplied to us.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, we will always do the right thing for you, so please don't feel stressed or anxious, if something is wrong, we will resolve the issue for you.

    IMPORTANT!

    * Candle has broken through delivery -   Dont throw away the box/packaging, we need photos of the damage box and the inside of the packaging.  If ths happens contact us ASAP at admin@cottonwoodcandles.com.au or Text 0415147858
