SHIPPING POLICY

Please note: We only ship in AUSTRALIA Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT).

Unfortunately our extra large and large candles cannot be delivered to a PO BOX or post office. Please provide clear instruction to ensure your candle box is left out of direct sunlight and in a safe place.

Standard Shipping:

1 candle $15

2-3 candles $15

4-6 candles $20

7-12 candles $25

13-29 candles $35

Local Pickup: FREE. All pickup orders from Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast (please allow 3 - 5 days for order processing).

We often hand pour our candles per order, so please allow 3 - 5 days for order processing, sometimes longer during busy periods.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once order has been fulfilled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, please email

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, we will always do the right thing for you, so please don't feel stressed or anxious, if something is wrong, we will resolve the issue for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
